DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS
The purpose of Discipleship Groups are for moving converts into disciples. These groups focus on personal development and establishing spiritual principals and values. Gforce groups gatherings are intentional time of learning how to effectively receive the Word of God to others.
GForce Disciples will have access to and the support of the Next Level Leadership for training, encouragement, and counsel throughout the growth process of each individual.
GROWTH COACHES
The purpose of this track is for emerging leaders to develop a clear understanding of our philosophy of ministry as well as to teach Victory Outreach City Church Chicago leadership principles
GForce Growth Coaches will have access to and the support of the Top-Tier Level of Leadership for specialized training, leadership de, and counsel throughout the growth process of each individual.
